Canal chalets, new city archives and convention centre among design-award winners

The new James Bartleman Archives and Library Materials Centre was declared the winner of a design excellence award from the Ontario Association of Architects. Also among the 15 buildings honoured across the province were the Ottawa Convention Centre and the once-controversial Rideau Canal Skateway Chalets.
