Deck工程完成时：从设计到施工，Step by step

第一步，向万能的CFC高人们请教问题先

自从看了老华侨和帕总等高人的杰作后，心中就一直想着早日将自家那个由builder做的简易DECK换掉。俺并不是汗滴男，最大的工程就是把自家的basement给简单装修完成。家中除了俺这半老头子，加上LD以外，也没有壮劳力。所以，就想整得简单点，基本上学习老华侨的经验，做一个floating deck。基本尺寸为16‘x12'x2',俺的院子不大，尺寸为9m x 8m。

问题是：

1，后院地面有斜度，俺做2尺高的DECK是为了免去permit的麻烦，那么，这个2尺是指的哪里的尺寸？是deck的最高尺寸（地势较低处）？还是最小尺寸（靠墙地势较高处）？

2，俺屋与老华侨的不同在于后面的patio门离地面有4’高，所以，出门到deck还有约2’的高度，需要约三级台阶下到deck，这台阶上部想做一个梯形3‘x6'的平面。那么这个台阶的高度算不算deck的高度，需要permit吗？

Under the Ontario Building Code Act, a building permit is required for the construction of a new building, an addition, or alteration of any building or structure with a building area of over 10 square metres (approximately 108 square feet).This list includes:

•A deck that is adjacent to or attached to the house and its walking surface is more than 600 mm (24 in.) above the adjacent grade
•An elevated deck providing principal access to a building

看来要重新考虑了

用的是and这个词吧，逻辑与关系，只要一个为非输出为非。如果 not more than 600 mm (2尺) 那么1、3条别的条件不用考虑，一律不满足，484该这么理解？

高度是指结构，上面的台阶不算。所以，我认为你这个不需要permit。

不管怎样，看来只要高度低一些，也就是说，最大的高度小于24in （或者按帕总说的3ft）, 就可以免去permit的麻烦了。

不管怎样，看来只要高度低一些，就可以免去permit的麻烦了。

我是这样理解的，60公里限速，你开69，是合理的，警察在也这么开，不会拿tickets。所以说最大60km，不是说不能超过60km。我问过警察兄弟是这么解释。同理到deck，说是2尺，2.9尺也可以叫2尺，反正我觉得是这样。:blowzy:



不过，我声明免责。

我也借楼主人气问帕总一个问题，如果我想45度斜铺 decking，底下的梁 beam 间距怎么算？我看到你贴的deck漂亮照，钉子孔目测，梁艰巨也就一两尺，需要这么密么？有什么经验准则？假定木料用标准尺寸，梁 2x6，面板 5/4x6

按我的理解，不管坡度多大，只要相应的高度不超过3尺就行。如面积太大，可将deck做成阶梯式的。

只要低于3尺。不过你要担心，给city打个电话，说说具体情况，不就放心了。

我的梁间距（木梁中间到中间）是16寸，按说是为直板设计的，45度应该间距更小。我这个有点偷巧了，所以我都是用3个螺钉固定，以防将来板子松动。
