所有通过VIP的家庭，安装空调可以每两年做一次maintenance，每次$65.

安装furnace可以每两年做一次maintenance，每次$59.

There are no R22 systems made anymore...since 2010
Some people may have a finished ceiling and have an existing R22 system. If they have a choice to buy an old R22 system they can use the old copper that is in the ceiling.

我有family code. 五月中旬就按要求给他们发邮件告知相关信息. 大约两周前打电话询问, 被告知再发一次邮件, 按要求又发了一次. 到目前为至都没有任何消息, 这到底要等多久啊?

我刚收到duct clean famaily code 和 pdf file. VIP group 的团购价钱已在pdf 文件里给出. 我想知道这个价钱是不是就是最终的价钱? 我不可以再和他们谈价?

5年的取消了，10warranty的仍然有效。

已经联系他们了，说让我房子快closing之前联系他们，到时候再来做 Pre-installation Inspection.

团长说的是买空调１０年warranty，还是买furnace？？

我买空调, 我问Greg的时候，他说没有了呀。。。但是没有提到要１０年warranty

老板John 亲自walk through the house, 觧介如何设置冷热风口, 温度控制, 如何选择和更换furnace 的filter 等. Greg 也亲临招呼. 4位安装工人也很nice, 连草地上别处吹来的垃圾都捡起来. A/C的噪音比我邻居的都低.

You are so lucky! I was called today saying my unit has not been delivered, so my installation has to been postponded for a week! so disapointed!!! unreliable!!! I have signed a post cheque dated on TODAY! I have to sleep in my basement for one more week! I was so stupid on being happy that the unit will be installed on tomorrow and can enjoy because it will be 33 degrees and feel like 46 C as forcarts says! I am worng! Ya, i am kind of angry! BTW, I also sold my window air conditioner to my co-worker after I signed paper. You can know how I am disapointed now!

最近这种天气空调的销量很大，厂家有时候也会出现供不应求，同时如果由于结构特殊只能安排最有经验的安装团队上门，有时就可能需要多等候一点时间，现在只能辛苦你了:blowzy:
