Ottawa police have charged an OC Transpo driver more than five weeks after an early April collision that sent a 32-year-old man to hospital with life-threatening injuries near Algonquin College. Police on Monday charged Gina Eatrides, 58, under a City of Ottawa bylaw for failing to yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian.
