Not familiar with Cambridge Audio receiver although they are a big player in hi fi audio. I imagine the audio portion should be quite good, not sure about features/HDMI switching etc.

Also you can search "HTIB"- home theater in a box on avsforum.com as there are many discussions on what to buy and where to buy them.
Personally I would buy receivers new with warranty and consider used speakers as you can get a lot more value for your money.

$1500的预算不错了。音箱建议考虑Bose® - Acoustimass® 10 Series IV Home Entertainment Speaker System。 如果在一般店里买可能税后会没有太大空间给Receiver了，所以可以跑一趟美国outlets的Bose店，会有比较好的价格和比较低的税拿下来。Bose的服务人员，还有网上一些专业测试评论会建议你买Onkyo的Receiver来搭配Bose音箱，因为他们发现这样的搭配效果最佳，所以Receiver你可以考虑Onkyo的。有一款其它品牌评价不错的是Denon AVR1912，我关注过一段时间期望它降价，结果没等到，于是就在一个打折的时候买了Yamaha的。
