洋人房东，十分客气随和，对中国人很好，洗澡洗衣做饭不限制－－－这么好的房东很难找。大家都很满意，我和另外2个人都住这儿快1年半了。由于家人要来，我只好搬走了。在我之前也有个中国人住这儿很长时间。房东在地下室住，我们在2楼，2楼的洗手间随时可用，包括洗澡。

还有一个大约19"的彩色电视在房间内，图像清晰，虽然是旧款式的,Cable可以收50～60个频道。

随时入住，不用带任何被褥，餐具。房间内有：一张单人床，一个新买床垫，一套床上用品，一台电视，一张6抽屉柜，一张学习桌，两台风扇（吊扇和落地小风扇各一），一新买百叶窗，一个台灯，一个壁橱。木地板，干净。

如果感兴趣，抓紧联系，一般几天内就租出去了。我在5月22日前搬离这儿，为了交流方便，你也可以与我联系。房东电话：829 9605 找Mr。Sun。

如果想看房，只要打个电话确认有人在家随时可以来，我的房间一直开着。

可能没有停车位，不过bus很多，可直达Algonquin College/Baseline车站/Licoln Fileds车站/Bayshore Shopping Mall/Carlingwood Shopping Mall/Licoln Fileds Shopping Mall/New Loblaws/Kanata Town Center/Bells Corner/FoodBasic/Independent等等。也可步行到Algonquin College/New Loblaws等。

Note：在5月25左右即可入住。

去CU可能要在Baseline Bus Station转一次车。由于一般几天内就可以租出去，我想房东肯定希望尽快出租，一般5月底或6月初比较合适。
