I had two services - internet and cable TV last year with the 5% bundle discount at Rogers. I cancelled the internet service in March and the sales man told me that I had to pay a bundle early cancellation fee. I told them that the bundle discount was automatically given to a customer without any contact.
Did anyone has a bundle discount contract with Rogers before?
Do I need to pay Rogers for a bundle early cancellation fee?
