OTTAWA — Ottawa Police netted almost 500 charges in a weekend crackdown on nuisance violations in the ByWard Market and Centretown. Noise disturbances, public drunkenness, and general anti-social behaviour were targeted by police officers, bylaw officers, and provincial inspectors as part of Operation Dandelion.
