Parents expressed outrage at an OC Transpo driver who kicked a load of Barrhaven students as young as 12 off the bus Thursday afternoon after an apparently false request for a stop. Niranjan Raj received a text from his 12-year-old daughter just before 4 p.m., asking for a ride home from the Walmart store on Strandherd Drive. The Grade 7 student and more than 30 others from Longfields-Davidson Heights Secondary School had been “abandoned” a few blocks from their school.
