I received a letter from U of Ottawa. She asked me to submit official final transcript. but i have submited official translation of transcripts. I dont know what official final transcript is? Could anyone explain it for me? what is the different from 'official final transcript' and 'offical translation of transcripts'.

The transcript in your native language (if not English) with offical stamps
The stamped transcript in English with offical stamps
All of the two should be sealed offically

其实信封无所谓,只要有学校红章就OK了.当然中英文都要.
