Ottawa firefighters responded to a two-alarm fire that broke out in a Carlingwood bungalow Monday morning. Neighbours called in the emergency at 9:15 a.m. when they saw black smoke pouring out of windows of the Kingsmere Avenue home, just south of Carling Avenue.
