Six in quarantine after mysterious substance found in Preston Street office

Six people are in quarantine after a mysterious substance was found in a Preston Street office building Wednesday afternoon. The fire department’s hazardous materials team received a call from Ottawa police about 2:30 p.m. to help identify the contents of an envelope, according to Marc Messier of Ottawa Fire Services.
