Brush fire keeps emergency crews at work

Firefighters continued to battle a brush fire Friday night that broke out in southwest Ottawa a day earlier. Scorched trees, dusty grounds and smoldering piles of soot set the scene at the improvised command centre near the affected area of Richmond Road and Hope Side Road near the Lime Kiln Trail. The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
