对拍摄主体使用点测光(SPOT METERING), 还有就是主体和背景要有一定的亮度差, 使用大光圈和长焦距会加强这种效果. 你的C740都具备这些条件.

不错。

200百万和300百万象素的机器差别单从象素上没有什么大的区别。
我的机器也是2.6m象素，所以成像质量在主要程度上和光学成像元素和CCD大小有关。

镜头是主要因素。

there are several ways to make background dark:
1. use a dark/dark blue clothes/paper board
2. try to find high contrast place/angle between the flower and background
3. metering the flower(if your camera has spot metering use this metering mode); take the photo with -1 or -1.5 fstop.

do more experiment, you will find the right solution for different situation.
