If the price is down (not crash), then if my financial is health (first house is payoff, kid university tuition fee is ready, two people has good job), then I will buy with all the cash I have (interest must be very high, otherwise, the price will not drop down)

It is a investment, nothing to to with my first house (that is for my basic life use).

Someone did buy big house with a very hard life (no heating in winter, biking in winter, no travel, ....)and make big money. It is hard to say Ottawa house price will down (, depend on interest rate and job marking, seems will not increase at least recently years).

我看你预测加拿大的房市基本和现在美国的相似,那么美国房价如此之低,很多房子低于造价,为什么很多美国人不买,还租呢?
