Really disappointed. I thought we might have more choice but it's just another future shop. There is no competition in consumer electroics stuff in Ottawa and we customers suffer.

I believe the reason is that Best Buy already bought Future Shop, so they don't need to do any promotion sales to drag customers from Future Shop.
