One of five senior managers fired from OC Transpo this spring claims she was treated unfairly and defamed by her former employer. Kimberly Weston-Martin has filed a lawsuit against the city that seeks about $326,000 and claims damages for allegations ranging from breach of contract to loss of reputation and defamation.
