最近有人在大使馆而不是签证中心办成回国签证的吗？

看大使馆的网站上到是有预约的，就是不知道好不好约，约到了哪天。9月底回国，现在办签证早不早？

上网一查，Chinese visa office 好像不止一家？网上都没有写明时间， 不知是最近的信息，还是过时的信息。

有个网上提供了新表，那个新表上对主要家庭成员的信息也有要求。不太理解。

我有点糊涂了。最权威的是那个网页呀？
