装卫星天线是不是想看中文台? 还是不要中文电视的好,现在连英文都听不动了. 得不长失啊.
这样专业的问题， 看来非的行者来回答了。 有两种。
1。就是sage说的那种只能炒一个菜的锅。只能收中央四台.
2。装美国的DirectTV. Strictly speaking, 就是偷美国的卫星信号。哪位肯定要问是不是合法。
这事我也问过，说是没问题，因DirectTV无在加的经营权，所以其卫星信号在加无价值。偷无价值的东西就不是贼了。（不过，我这可是听人说的，我可不任何责任。） 不过，你需一个hack card to watch TV. If Direct TV change it's code, you have to ask somebody to burn /change your hack card again. So it's not worry-free. If you cannot receive the signal, you cannot. No customer service. Also, no local programs, no NewRO, no CTV, just Uncle Sam's stuff.

他的接收器上插了个IC卡，他说卫星公司一年可能变一两次码，卖他接收器的家伙在渥太华也有接头人，可以帮他改码，一次25$。
我有了一个问题，有人说卫星接收器可以向卫星公司发送信号，这样卫星公司就可以知道是否有人偷看。这可能吗？那么小的锅怎么发信号？不过这国也可以用于卫星Internet,也就是说卫星接收器可以发送信号给卫星公司，这不是就很危险了吗？
我的一个朋友的朋友就买了个接收卡，装在计算机上。在从网上Down了个解密软件，这样他就不怕变码了，随时可以到网上update，而且不会发信号给卫星公司。缺点是电视旁边老得放着一个计算机，看电视的时候计算机就得开着。
另外，又以老外也干这个，他是这么说的
Direct TV :
This system is American TV viewing; over 600 channels, all Pay Per View events and movies,
all the Fox channels for sports, HBO movies and adult education channels. There are chinese channels as well.
Consists of a receiver and dish, and then you need the HU card.

This loader has the capability of programming both H and HU (football player on card) cards for DIRECT TV.
It's a good option if you want to prevent lots of running to a programmer; unless you need exercise
The program to run the loader is really easy to use. With the purchase
of the loader we send out a CD with an instructional video of the computer
screen you'd be working with in the program, explaining step by step what to do. As
for what kind of computer you would need: any computer would do, even a 486,
it runs off of Windows. The package we sell comes with the 9-volt adapter for
the loader and serial port cable to connect to your PC so you are set to go right
away.
The way we operate here is that when the cards are hit, as soon as
the fix becomes available, we email it out to you. So you also need constant access
to the internet. Usually we get the fix within hours of the cards being hit.
All my clients are then back on without even leaving their homes!
The price of the loader is $185 and we include 3months supply of
free private software via email, after that, its $100 for the rest of the year, the remaining 9months
(if you should decide to stay with us). That works out to $11.25 per month, you won't get it cheaper than that, I
guarantee it.
We ship COD so there's no worry for the customer that he or she might
not get what he paid for. Canada Post accepts money orders and cash.
Shipping charge is 15$ regular mail, insured. Ottawa area takes usually 1 day.

BellExpressvu: Canadian viewing and the purchase of a programmable card (AVR5 board), these are your options:

BELL EXPRESSVU:
Although I cannot program for Bell Expressvu (it is
illegal), you would need an AVR5 Board (autoroll) and then consult the many
internet sites for instruction on how to download certain files that would
allow you to view ALL channels, ALL the time. Ex www.sattech.net is one
where you will find the downloads. Really easy! Again, its illegal for me to
supply programming. We sell the board for $100.
Option #2:
DISHNETWORK: European & American TV using a Bell receiver.
Using a Canadian Bell Expressvu receiver and purchase of an AVR5 Board .
I would need your receiver in hand, to read the keys off of it.
You then tip your dish to a different degree and you're up and running in terms
of watching European & Amercian TV!
Cost is $195. If you should ever want to use it for Canadian TV viewing you can revert back.

另外一个接收器可以借两个锅（也许可以更多？），这样可以看两个以上的卫星上的节目。因为有中文台的卫星上英文节目不太全。这两个卫星都是Dishnetwork的。所以我建议你买两个锅。
