OTTAWA — Hull firefighters responded to a fire on the second floor of Kent Street restaurant Le Bistro at 8:17 a.m. Sunday, which caused $1,000 in damage. Firefighters said the fire was likely caused by a cigarette. No one was in the restaurant at the time.
