A veteran ParaTranspo driver who raped and sodomized a physically and intellectually disabled passenger in the back of his bus was sentenced Tuesday to four years in prison, a sentence an Ottawa judge said reflects society’s “shock and disgust” over his “reprehensible conduct.”
