这是我一朋友的房子，我曾经帮他在这贴过。 他的房子卖这个价格是因为全家都搬到别的国家去了，估计急于出手，这房子的地理位置在ALYMER还不错，容易到主干道上，他家几步之遥RIVERMEAD WEST 和MANOIRS CHAMPLAIN 近些年盖的房子价格基本是40万以上，正好在旁边。
