下一个炉子可以用这个，铁锅烧热但炉盘不热，扑出来不会烧干，一擦就干净了。

I am using a induction cooktop.

But you need buy some special cookware for it instead of some general iron cookware.

Also I have a overhead for looking for a big cookware for steaming a lot of buns (I have a big family) together. Those steelless steam cookware could not work on the induction cooktop. Does anyone have some hints on it? I will appreciated it.
