A repeat 911 caller who constantly claims he needs police protection because he has information about an unsolved killing was sentenced to another 50 days in jail Tuesday. Gerard Kingsbury, 50, pleaded guilty to public mischief and breaches of his probation and release conditions by drinking and making a pair of emergency calls to Ottawa police.
