急问，关于comfree的免费服务promotion

有人用过comfree这个公司吗？今天忽然接到他们的电话。说可以把我的房子免费放到MLS上，还给我免费拍照，如果我的房子通过他们卖掉了，也不收commission。唯一的条件是要我把grapevine的牌子换成他们的牌子。不过这是个限时限量的promotion，他们选中了我家，但是我要今明两天就决定，不然就给别人了。

我从来没有听过这家公司，也从来没听说有这样的deal，所以想问问大家，有没有用过这个公司？特别是这个promotion。

I would go with it, as long as there is no other conditions. But remember if you go thought MLS and buyer has a agent. The buyer's agent would still have to be paid. At grapevine most viewers are coming without at agent. It wouldn't be the case at MLS.
