OTTAWA — Lower fine revenues are expected to account for much of an anticipated $146,000 year-end deficit for the Ottawa Public Library, says a report. Revenue from fines is expected to be about $80,000 under budget by the end of the year, staff state in a report that’s to go to the library board on Monday.
