Ottawa Folk Festival presses on ‘rain or shine’

It might be time for one of those Woodstock-style “No Rain” chants. Organizers of the Ottawa Folk Festival said that despite what they called “unstable weather conditions” — and what Environment Canada called reason for a severe storm alert — the event would continue Saturday at Hog’s Back Park.
