Fired OC Transpo security chief treated properly, city argues in lawsuit

A former OC Transpo senior manager fired along with four other bosses this spring was treated properly, the city says, calling for a lawsuit against it to be dismissed. Kimberly Weston-Martin, a former Ontario Provincial Police employee who managed security for OC Transpo, lost her job at the end of April in a management sweep by new transit services general manager John Manconi.
