Hi, a room for rent near St. Laurent Shopping Centre is available from November 1st. It is fully furnished with a double-sized bed, closet, desk and chair (it can also be unfurnished upon request). The rent is $440, which is all inclusive (hydro, heat, water, laundry and unlimited high-speed internet). Parking is an additional $30 per month. Common areas such as the living room, kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms are shared with three other young professionals. The location is conveniently close to the mall and groceries (Metro, Food Basics) and you can commute easily to Downtown from the Transitway or Bus numbers 5, 7 or 14.
