卖车的 Safety test 和 E-test 去哪里做比较合适？

头一次卖车， 不懂这个。 去哪里做 Safety test 和 E-test 比较好？

CT？ Walmart？ 一抹黑？

You are welcome to bring your car to us.
We can first perform a pre-test, $20, to let you know what you are expecting to fix for safety. Once the car is pretty much sold, you need to pay the remaining $55 (plus any repair required) to have the safety certificate. E-test is $35+tax.

We don't want to issue you the safety too soon cause the safety expires in 36 days from issue.

I assume the sale happens in Ontario
