OTTAWA — A former manager at the Ottawa-Carleton Detention Centre has launched a $4.4 million wrongful dismissal suit in which he contends he was unfairly branded a homophobic bully. Mark Grady was fired as deputy superintendent in July 2010 alongside his boss, Asfia Sultan.
