Vandals have damaged a memorial to murder victim Valérie Leblanc, and police are asking for the public’s help in identifying them. The granite plaque at the memorial behind the CEGEP de l’Outaouais at 333 Cité des Jeunes Blvd has been damaged, police said Wednesday afternoon.
