we cannot calculate the amount to which you may be entitled for June 2011（TAX year: 2010）.
If you send us the following information, we will process it and inform you if you are entitled:your spouse's or common-law partner's world income, with the amount converted to Canadian dollars. If your spouse or common-law partner does not live in Canada or immigrated in or after 2010 we need to know the amount of income earned outside Canada.
这些我都可以理解，但是他接下来就说

我一直是个学生，我丈夫也是2011年才来的, 他也是个学生。我们都没有收入怎么会欠政府的钱呢？希望有经验的朋友能帮我解释一下。
