OTTAWA — Less than a week after bullied B.C. teenager Amanda Todd died by suicide, and only hours after Quebec MP Dany Morin brought a bill before the House of Commons to deal with bullying, an auditorium full of people, most of them parents, gathered Monday night to hear a panel of youth mental health experts give a question-and-answer session. The session at Sir Robert Borden High School was scheduled months ago. Yet the word “coincidence” didn’t do justice to the timing.
