Ottawa police chief orders review of 2003 international homicide investigation

Chief Charles Bordeleau has ordered a review of the Ottawa Police Service’s role in the murder investigation of an Ontario doctor who found stabbed and beaten to death in her brother’s apartment in India in 2003. Dr. Asha Goel was the chief obstetrician at the Headwaters Health Centre in Orangeville when she travelled to Mumbai to visit her sick brother, Suresh Agrawal.
