Hélène Campbell is keeping a positive about her kidney problems with “pep tweets.” The 21-year-old Barrhaven woman, who inspired many to become organ donors while blogging her way through the lead-up to and recovery from a rare double lung transplant earlier this year, has turned to Twitter to cheerlead her kidney back to health.
