Champlain Bridge HOV lane reopens

OTTAWA — The centre “high occupancy vehicle” lane on the Champlain Bridge is back open for business as of 4 p.m. Monday. The lane has been shut down while maintenance crews serviced the lighting system that flips the lane between being Ontario-bound in the morning to Quebec-bound in the afternoon.
