[问题] 请问健康卡改地址的电话？急！

前不久刚改了地址，新的健康卡还没有收到；现在又要搬家了，有谁知道改地址的电话？

从去年到今年总在搬家，新的健康卡一直是在路上飘着，很头疼呀！

安省政府的网站总是上不去，www.gov.on.ca, 应该没错吧？

顺便说一下，在网上改地址非常方便，OHIP，drive license, vehicle permit, outdoor card 一起都改了，可是我最近总是上不去安省的网站，有谁能上去的吗？
