If the card says that is has no connection fee, most likely it will have "service fee" per call. Moreover, some GST will be calculated when you use the card.
So if you go to the website mentioned, choose "no fee", you will get absolutely no fee card. Unfortunetly, such "no fee" card incurs high rate!
Lastly, make sure to read the describtion for the specific card.

今天买了一张BigTime的电话卡，$10的那种，收了$9.2元。
我打了一个美国电话后，接着打一个国内的，这是还可以说 6H20Min， 我只打了不到30分钟；后面我接着再打一个就变成了只能打5H16Min，太可怕了。

有同感,所以我上面才推荐大家有急用时可以试试这个.

这里的卡虽说购买方便,通话质量不错,可是时间缩水的厉害.

平时还是选择calling card 之类的比较合适.

我刚试过，no connection fee 其实是 yes service fee.
所以分多次打不合算，应该集中打一两次

不知道MANGO或其他电话卡怎样？

说到便宜的卡,最近用另一个网站买一种叫 chinatown 的电话卡,
最大的优点是价格很便宜,3.75加圆打200分钟,
吃钱很少,比起mango可以忽略不计了,
喜欢煲电话粥的推荐用这种.

基本上每次都能接通,通话质量不如cici卡,不过还可以啦.
第一次用要注册paypal或hyperwallet,比较麻烦,不过以后就很方便了.
