Overcharged by Auto Center of Canadian Tire in Barrhaven

I heard, among all the Canadian Tire stores in Ottawa/Gatineau area, the Barhavean one is the worst in tems of return/refund policy and customer service. Looks like the rumor has its merit.

话说回来，轮胎瘪后，开不多远就磨损很厉害，几天磨掉30%也有可能。
