这周六在FOODBASIC前停车场的倒霉遭遇

昨天傍晚6点左右在FOODBASIC买完东西出来，发现车子左后侧出现很大一片刮痕，好几条被刮掉了漆，有20多公分长。停车的时候，我左边的车位是空的；估计是后来有车想进那个车位的时候，把我的车的左后侧狠狠地蹭了一下。肇事车已经溜走了。
就花了30多分钟买东西，出来就发现这样的事情，真是郁闷的很。问了店员，说那是MALL的停车场，没有录象监控。只有自认倒霉了。
谴责那个肇事溜走的家伙！

很难找的，即使全保也有300-500的不赔额。

Such incident is categorized as "hit-and-run". Most insurance companies will require evidence. Therefore, next time if you want to make a claim to insurance (for example, if the damage is very high), don't move your car and call a police to come and file a report. Then use the report to make the claim. Otherwise, insurance company may not accept your claim because they think that you hit the car yourself.

Incident happened on private property, therefore, it would be considered as no fault accident. Even if you call the police, there is nothing they can do about it. Unless the accident is severe, than reporting to police and insurance is deemed necessary.

You might want to give Concordia Collision a try to see how much will take them to repair. If you mention you are recommended by your insurance, they will give you a discount.

谢谢楼上各位的回帖和建议，现在没那么郁闷了。当时FOODBASIC的店员也说碰上这种事情除了打911别无他法，只是觉得虽刮的比较厉害但还是小擦伤，加上那个MALL停车场没有录象监控，估计警察来了也没什么办法，也有嫌麻烦的意思，就没打911。可惜了我那个周末的好心情泡汤了。
是在Brians的FOOD BASIC前的停车场,提醒大家在那里停车要小心。不过这样的事，也实在是无从小心起。很多商场的停车场都有录象监控的，在那些地方停车就放心的多。
