Former city councillor and provincial politician Alex Cullen is returning to electoral politics to challenge Yasir Naqvi for his provincial seat. “Yes, I am a candidate for the Ontario NDP nomination for Ottawa Centre,” Cullen said by email on Monday, returning to Ottawa after a holiday visit to Hamilton.
