Councillor Stephen Blais rushed to hospital after collapse

Cumberland Councillor Stephen Blais was rushed to hospital Monday morning after collapsing while at the gym, according to the city and his office. Blais, who’s in his first term as a city councillor, was taken to the Montfort Hospital after collapsing mid-morning. He was then transferred to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.
