Sunday’s unexpectedly heavy snow didn’t significantly slow down the clearing of Ottawa’s snowbanks, according to the city — but it will still be a while before crews have all streets at full width again. “They’re working flat out,” said Kanata North Coun. Marianne Wilkinson, who chairs city council’s transportation committee. “They’ve worked Christmas, they’ve worked New Year’s, they’re going around the clock.”
