OTTAWA — Emergency crews were at the scene of a multicar pileup on the Queensway at Parkdale Avenue Tuesday morning. The crash occurred in the westbound lanes at about 8 a.m. and involved at least eight vehicles, including a flatbed truck. One of the cars flipped on its side.
