Hélène Campbell’s appearance Tuesday as a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show was highlighted by a promised dance and a surprise donation. The dance — begun by the 21-year-old Barrhaven double-lung transplant recipient as she first romped onto the set, and then was joined by DeGeneres — fulfilled a promise made a year ago by the popular talk-show host.
