二者好像没有直接的关系吧。。大把老外没车也养狗呢。。具体情况不清楚，但看到过一中年妇女牵着条不小的boxer等车的。。。。

那人应该不瞎，她的狗估计有别的用。没车就是运输起来困难，其他还ok, 真心喜欢这些都不是问题

去公共场所都不让狗进。有的狗在外面抓狂。
