A modern-day arctic explorer, Ottawa’s Hugh Dale-Harris is well prepared for his 72-day expedition of the northern wilderness of Ellesmere Island, especially after packing 55 kilograms of deep-fried bacon. Dale-Harris and the other three members of New Land 2013 leave on Tuesday.
