Yamaha Flute, one must go!!!

I am selling a Yamaha 225IIS flute with a hardshell case. This flute is in good condition, only normal play wear. It is originally owned by me, a semi-pro musician, used for only 2 yrs, and been well cared. It has just been checked by local music shop(St. John's Music). The pads are in good shape and won't need to be changed in a few years. This is the perfect flute for the beginning or advanced student. Listed price is US$675, I am asking for CND$350, fixed.

What kind of horn do you want, price=?
Do you have any knowledge of fixing? Then, I can find a horn which needs some work that you can do. So, I don't have to charge you for that.
