说是8：- 3:30pm 1 h parking...but I was there at 3:45pm...so I thought I could park for free..and there was one car ahead of me parking there. I parked...went to the restaurant to check how was the company fiscal year end party in downtown...no free food and drink? few people I even know? I left...2 minutes...then I saw the god dam patroler...I yelled "I am here...I am leaving' to no avail...

那不是牌上写着3:30-5:30禁停吗？
